This Policy explains how cancellations and changes work for (A) vehicle sale bookings (you sell a vehicle to us) and (B) parts purchases.
A. Vehicle sale bookings
Free cancellation window: Cancel any time up to 2 hours before your confirmed pickup window.
After dispatch / missed pickup: If our truck has been dispatched or arrives and we cannot complete collection due to access, undisclosed issues or no‑show, we may charge a call‑out fee to cover actual transport costs.
Condition variance: If the Vehicle’s condition materially differs from your description, we may revise the offer or cancel the deal at no charge to you.

B. Parts purchases
Change of mind: Return within 14 days (stock items only) in original condition for a refund less 15% restocking and any freight.
Special orders & non‑returnables: Specially sourced parts, ECUs programmed to VIN, airbags, cut panels and items sold "as‑is" are non‑cancellable unless required by the ACL.
Faulty on arrival / warranty: We will repair, replace or refund in line with our 90‑day limited warranty and the ACL. Contact us before removal/return.
Freight: Return shipping is your responsibility unless we are at fault under the ACL.
Evidence & timing
Please keep your invoice, booking reference and any photos or diagnostics. We aim to resolve cancellation/refund requests within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
